Welcome to Smokey Bones Barbeque and Grill – Home of bad service. This was utterly the worst service at a restaurant I have ever had. Me and Jessica went to the new Smokey Bones here in Lakeland. Our waiter came and got our drink and appetizer orders… 10 to 15 minutes later, he took our meal orders… when I asked if he was going to take them. So finally our food comes out, delivered by someone else. She noticed our drinks were empty and asked what we were having. She never came back. These were our original drinks. Twenty minutes after that, after seeing our waiter several times and him asking how the food was, he never brought us more drinks. For the first time in my life, I actually had to get up at a regular restaurant and go to the bar to ask for a refill. They also screwed up Jessica’s salad and put the wrong dressing when she asked for a different kind. The entire time, our waiter was just chatting with the table next to us. Needless to say, I probably won’t be going back there.

I want to! We didn’t have time after our meal (because it took so long) and we were late for a movie. So I want to call them, but they aren’t in the phone book or anything yet, so I need to find the receipt, which seems to be lost for the moment.
Yum, I can’t wait to go there.
